Hello Brandon, I offer my deepest condolences on the loss of your daughter.
Several years ago I found a website that is so helpful: thelifeIdidntchoose.com
It’s author is Melanie DeSimone, a devout believer in Christ.
She considers her writings to be a ministry to others who have lost a child. I like her messages, because they are real, raw accounts of her struggles and how the Lord always strengthens her.
I have not lost a child by physical death … but our daughter is estranged from us by her choice. So, I know about a broken heart with no human means to fix it.
Since everyone experiences loss and suffering on this earth, Melanie’s writings can minister to others as well. You might check out her blog – it may encourage you or your family members as you walk the dark path of child loss.
I’m very sorry for your profound loss, Brandon.
And, thankful that you know the Lord God, your Comforter and Sustainer.
